The building is beautiful and the staff were super nice. Great shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast was a voucher for across the street, it wasn't great but passable.

Had a quick one night stay at The Francis and am so glad we landed there for our only night in Portland. Extremely clean, well decorated, lots of thoughtful touches and a perfect all around vibe! Bed was very comfortable and shower pressure was great! The staff was extremely nice/helpful. Very walkable area right on Congress next to so many cute dining places. If you’re looking for a well-appointed place on a great location with lots of charm, The Francis is it!
