The room was clean and comfortable. The smoke alarm was removed from the wall. They make you pay for parking which I don’t think they should charge their guests for parking. They charge $10 for each car if you pay at the hotel and $12 if you pay online.

My overall experience was good, below are some positives and negatives Positives: Convenient location, nice staff/personnel, spacious room and bathroom. Negatives: Loud neighbors (including at 3:45am), a couple of small stains on the bedding.

This motel has a handy location near Portland CBD and railway station. It's also easy accessible from the airport by light rail and street car. Big rooms and friendly personnel. Nice to get an early check-in.

Mediocre at best.

To my knowledge, this inn has enough of what one can need. If your are on a low budget, the rooms offer the basics, where you can sleep kind of well at night. The area is not great and many things could stand to be updated/replaced. Stay for 1 night. No more.

Staff was polite. Unable to stay as I felt unsafe. Rundown. Room had terrible smell. I asked that I be refunded for my stay as I did not feel safe staying there. I went elsewhere.

Room was clean service and front desk was super nice. I have been to different hotels in Portland and I will be honest Broadway inn is the best always had hot water 💦 I have been to hotels many never had hot water but Broadway inn was really good and the best price in my option

The front desk was unwelcoming. Even it was 3:40pm, the door was locked and we were helped through a security window. He let us in to fill in our address in his IPad. The first room was not even given as we ordered (two queen beds). Then we were switched to 2 king beds. But the condition of the second room was unhygienic with pee stains on the toilet, unknown residues on the chair, and body hair and long hair on the pillow/bed. We contacted Expedia customer service and left due to this. As per Expedia agent, they could not get replies to this property manager as well and needed their confirmation to process refund.We did not get back our parking fee which was 10 dollars. The location itself is convenient. We saw lots of people going to the arena/sports center cross the street when we left.
