Faulty fire alarms scaring guests between 3 and 4am both nights I stayed there (Happened 3 nights in a row from the Fire Marshall).

Hotel doesn't look like it has been updated in quite a while. Room was shabby and during my inspection rather dirty in area's behind the night stand fridge and closet. Toilet seat was broken and was ready to fall off. Plug in the tub was broken as well. At around 330am the fire alarm went off and again at 5am. Two things, if it was a real emergency staff was untrained and unprepared for one. Being two false alarms, no information was passed to the guests. Upon checkout I was given a passing apology.
