Live & Work in our historic Alberta Arts home.

Beautiful 100 year old farmhouse that seamlessly blends old world charm with modern conveniences. This is a spacious family home a block from Alberta Arts Street and 3 blocks from Alberta Park. Great for families, with lots of flexible space.

Fenced backyard with grill for outdoor dining in the summer. Dog and Kid-friendly amenities available including crib + 2 twin beds, high chair available and safety gates for the stairs. We also have a selection of books, puzzles, and games for kiddos to use.

You will be renting our entire main house and enclosed backyard with grill and fire pit. Our lower level unit is a completely separate space that we rent to other guests and sometimes their dogs as well. Let us know if you’d like to include the lower level for an additional live/work space. *Currently hosting 30-day+ stays*
