"Room was clean and quiet and spacious. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Breakfast choices were great. Lots of hot choices and lots of fruit, yogurt, waffles, toast."

"The hotel is pretty nice, but seems dated and geared towards older clientele. The staff were fine but seem very new and slow movers. No one was rude and everyone was fine if you spoke to them but they don't go out of their way or have any sense of urgency. The city surrounding the hotel is unfortunately experiencing high level of unhoused folks and public drug/meth use. It's very sad but be diligent if walking around especially in the Monument Square area. The food scene however is top notch!"

4/10 Poor

"We liked that this was fairly close to the airport. We absolutely hated the mattress and the pillows. Both needed to be replaced in 1995. For the pice of the room for one night, we should have had butler and turn down service for the entire night. Unfortunate for the Wyndham Company, because I typically trust their brand of hotels—no matter the name. We will not be back to stay at this particular location."
