One of the most important things that has me going back to this hotel is the amazing staff and how much they truly are pet friendly it is since I travel with my two dogs they always make my wife and I feel welcome with my pets. Will I be returning YES. Has a great stay.

Over priced and underserved. Parking $40/night. Complimentary breakfast no longer “complimentary”, changed to $14.99/person. No discount for handicap parking, other hotel had handicap for free! Front desk not friendly and quite rude when we asked a question. Location is great, you can walk everywhere. There is nothing special about this hotel, no restaurant, no free breakfast, no free parking, there are plenty of better hotels in the area to get more bang for the buck! I do not recommend this hotel.

The pool is laughable (extremely small and only three feet deep) and was not open while we were there. The valet didn’t know how to drive standard transmission so I had to drive HIM to the parking lot in my car and walk back. The on-site breakfast/dining option was a joke. Our room was facing Fore Street and we were serenaded by drunk bar goers each night. Not worth the $700 I paid for two nights.

Friendly staff. The only negative is the very expensive valet parking. $40 US a night is exorbitant with no option for self parking. This wasn’t mentioned up front in the reservation

Great location for walking to shops and places to eat. It was nice to have breakfast available at the hotel with a decent selection each morning The only complaint was the pillows were quite flimsy. Otherwise all around we had a good trip.

Upon confirm received email saying check in 3pm. Ok great. but if arrived before and wanted to get in room early would cost $50.00. ( did not specify if room was not ready you would need to pay that) So at 3pm sharp line out the door of folks trying to ck in. Only one person at desk. not good. instructions around how to valet park were not clear eitiher. we were told to ck in first then valet. yet we had already pulled in to valet area. Poor first impressions. There ws no complimentary water in room . Not sure what type of coffee pot is in the room. My husband wanted a cup of coffee upon ck in and was told none available. Up to room. not bad.... but pillow case had a stain on it. I had to go down hall find maid and have it switched out. Rug had stain on it. Could have been red wine or blood we'll never know. Large enough to notice. In fairness room was set up nice with sofa to watch tv and nice blanket for sofa. Let's move to bathroom. Old Antiquated. Mysterious haris of various shapes in sized on the shower. Too late I was already in. Shower tile old, outdated and grout needed to be cleaned. water pressure was horrible. My husband left soap on him self couldn't get off. Needless to say, we won't be staying here again or recommend.

This was the second time staying here. Love being right downtown. Able to walk everything. Alex at the front desk was great. Parking would be my only negative.

Great location in Old Port area. Wonderful staff, free hot & cold breakfast. Room needs a little updating, glass door to bathroom didn’t completely close. For our 2 night stay, I didn’t bother to change rooms. There were also a few patches of different color paint on the walls, this should be repainted to match existing wall color, if not, it just down grades the accommodations. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great location, wonderful service, and its amenities.

Love that everything was easily accessible however the front desk staff were not on the same page. I spent 2 nights and i asked 1 staff member if it's possible to get a late check-out and without checking she said no that's not possible as the hotel is fully booked for the following day. Later on that night after coming back from dinner there was another front desk staff member so my husband decided to ask again for a late check-out and was immediately told yes that's fine, without hesitation. Not sure why the woman earlier in the day told us no without confirming whether or not it was an option. We always stay at Hyatt hotels wherever we go but this is the 1st time we've had a somewhat negative experience. Also, valet is very expensive. May start exploring other hotel options.
