Not a hotel for families or solo female travelers. Its location is surrounding by clubs and people walking around the hotel on the way to bars. There is also NO parking, when trying to check in on a Sat night the lot was full (yet I saw someone walking back from the clubs to their car and leaving). When the lot is full (there was a line of guests waiting for parking) the only option is street parking, which is also impossible to find. I was traveling for work and ended up leaving shortly after check in to a safer feeling/quieter location with parking.

Gladly stay here again!! Great price! Super close to a lot fun locations by foot or Uber/lyft!! Rooms are a little small but worked great! Also the hottest hot water ever lol.

I did not like this place at all was so noisy plus there was no amenities for tea coffee in the room stand in shower was so tight really really small. I would say not worth the money

For an older building, the owners have done a lot to keep it worth staying here. I am a repeat guest. Fridge and microwave in the room was a nice surprise. Good walk-in shower. The room smelled musty, but the room across the hall was being renovated. An easy 1/2 mile walk to the convention center and a handful of eateries with a couple of blocks. I observed plenty of parking in the early morning for a fairly booked hotel.
