I booker 2 rooms at this hotel because i had my parents with me and they love the Comfort Suites and have been membores for decades. Both rooms had wallpaper falling off the walls, partially painted and in 1 of the rooms there was black mold in the upper corner of the bathroom [6-8"w X 18" L]. At night there were construction noise up until 8pm, with no notice that hotel was under renovations. Staff was amazing, property was the worst I have ever stayed in!

First, the staff were wonderful! They were nice and helpful and helped us with what they could do. The stay was gross. The first room they gave us was terrible, the condition of the non-smoking room had wall paper tears, splatters on the wall, torn carpet base, loose plumbing fixtures, and it smelt like cat pee and cigarette smoke. The 2nd room they gave us had same run down problems, including drywall patches, ripped carpet but thankfully no smell. This property need an upgrade ASAP! This will be my last time staying here.

The worst experience I have ever had the receptionist was rude our room wasn’t ready I was giving a dirty room … the place smelled dirty the hole place is trash I didn’t even stayed at this place I didn’t feel safe for my self and kids I would never stay at this location.. and on top of that I was charged a room I didn’t use ..

The hotel seemed like a haunted mansion. I could write forever about the things wrong with the hotel, water marks on the ceiling peeling the wallpaper, the floor had a huge burn mark, my room came with two remotes and very specific instructions on how to access the hotel TV. My experience was horrible for the price I paid, which wasn't very much.

This is the worst hotel I ever seen. I'd give it negative ten rating if it was possible. Absolutely trashed rooms, sketchy people on the parking lot, a car with a broken window. The pool also wasn't working.

There were people hanging out in the parking lot revving their engines and making lots of noise late in the night. In the morning, some of them were still lingering outside. It made for an uncomfortable night.

This property is greatly in need of repairs and upgrades. Our first room had large holes in the carpet/floor, the bathroom was in very bad shape, and the smell in the room was more than we could handle. We asked for another room, which smelled a lot better but so many things wrong. Toilet wouldn't flush most of the time, the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and when it did, it drained out on the floor. General condition of the room was very, very worn. Carpet, walls, couch, etc. The only thing that wasn't too bad was the bed (which was at least clean but was very hard). This was an inexpensive place to stay but I wish they would put as much into the rooms as they did the lobby (which was very nice). Will not be returning and will not recommend.

We couldn’t stay: the parking lot had visual evidence of transient living, including broken down vehicles and tarp covered property. The hotel smelled like weed, and the staff talked about a angry drunk man in front of my children scaring them the elevator wouldn’t work until we discovered a woman with multiple bags who had appeared to be living in the elevator, finally allowed the door to open we went upstairs to our room where we discovered a rancid odor and blood splatter on the curtains. I was traveling out of town with my two young children and did not feel safe or comfortable. We quickly ran out of the hotel room. Highly disturbed. You must do something about the condition of this location . I will be reaching out to corporate soon.

Worst experience!
I was given a handicapped room after letting them know I requested a standard king, they didn’t have any available supposedly. The staff was unprofessional besides one sweet lady. The pool, sauna, hot tub, gym and business center was unavailable during the duration of my stay. The fridge didn’t work so I had to keep my things downstairs in their fridge/freezer. Finally on the third day the one helpful employee found me decaffeinated coffee after I’d asked every day. I asked to have my room cleaned everyday and it was only cleaned once. It was very loud and hard to get proper rest because some of the employees were out front speaking loudly with some of the guest. The comforters were paper thin. The breakfast was alright. The biggest issue is I was told I had to wait to speak to management about my concerns, I waited for him to show up finally on my last day and I was extremely disappointed at his lack of maturity and professionalism as he blatantly denied to me and hotel.com that any of the accommodations I mentioned they were closed, were actually closed… I then proceeded to inform him that I have pictures and documentation to prove that the pool/sauna/ hot tub/ gym/ business center were in fact closed my entire stay… instead of doing the right thing he continued to deny and lie about it.

Didn’t have our reservations, had to call Expedia Twice to solve it and that took over an hour. Then put us in an already occupied room. Back down got new room. Didn’t get the king size bed we ordered and the TV didn’t work. Forgot my tablet there and it took 30 minutes and 6 phone calls to get someone. They won’t mail it to me so I have to make plans to have someone pick it up,

Opened my door unannounced while i was showering
The cleaner at the hotel opened my hotel room door without my consent while i was just getting out of shower. I heard no knock no nothing just getting out of the shower completely nude while some strange man opens my door. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Who opens a hotel room door without consent 3 HOURS BEFORE CHECKOUT!!!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. YOU SHOULD HIRE MORE COMPETENT STAFF!!

Overall condition of the property was horrendous. Incredibly understaffed with front desk clerk's additional duties including bedding laundry AND all breakfast food prep, replenishing supplies and cleanup of dining area. Stayed at this location 10-15 years ago and it was very acceptable. Will not return.

Nice hotel for the value and in a good location for easy access to I-205 and shopping/eats. Hotel was reasonably clean and modernized, with nice amenities (pool/laundry room). I interacted with several staff members at front desk, 2 of them were pleasant and welcoming. Things that could have been better: My room keys were deactivated for no apparent reason on day 2, the front desk lady didn't give any reason or express empathy that I had been locked out of my room and only said "What's your name and room number?" and "give me your room key" while she updated the key and handed it back. No apologies for the mishap. The bathroom fixtures in my room were older and not functioning properly. The issue I'm most concerned about is the lack of hot water in room. I stayed 2 nights and no matter what time of day, both the bathroom sink and shower temperature would only get up to lukewarm. Both morning showers were quick and chilly =\ not the best experience for a first time staying here. I'd try the hotel again after confirming they have fixed the water heater issue.

Very disappointing. Dirty and old.
Front desk attendant was on the speakerphone with her daughter while I was being checked in. My room has DISGUSTING carpet. The carpet in the desk area was sticky and just dirty. The mattress was uncomfortable. The table was old and work out. The AC connections on the desk were lose and my chargers did not work reliable.

This used to be a really nice place to stay. When we walked in we were greeted by an employee that was ready to go home or so she expressed that to us. None of the vending machines worked and the employee didn’t seem to really care or offer to help. The rooms could use a little touch up, definitely dated and lots of chips in the furniture, broken lampshades, etc. Breakfast was lackluster, lukewarm food, very little milk, watered down juice, cold coffee and no decaf option. The one positive was the bed was very comfortable.
