Great friendly staff, well appointed fitness centre, and very walkable to my conference and restaurants/attractions. I travel extensively for academic conferences and this was my favourite hotel so far. Loved the PacMan multiplayer table in the lobby.

My reservation was cancelled one day prior to arrival. Courtyard by Marriot sent me to AC Hotel under a new booking and charged me again. We had a lovely view of the air conditioning equipment out of our room so no enjoyment of view. We have always had complimentary breakfasts but not free at this hotel. We have been in the hospitality business for 20 years and keep a strong rating. I wish I could of left a better review.
