"Large property with lots of space. Nice kitchen and outdoor sitting area. Modern decor and very clean. This was home away from home and was fully equipped. The only issue was that the WiFi was not working. We did not reach out to get it rectified. "

"The property was great for my family of 4. Walkable to all abersoch has to offer. Our only issue was the unseasonably hot weather for which the house is not prepared. The upstairs really cooks. It’s hard to mark down the quality of the accommodations but, given the increasing frequency and magnitude of hot days, it would have helped to have a couple of fans on hand. "

"A very attractive house in a quiet location away from it all with superb views down to the sea. Very well equipped property with everything we could have wanted for cooking meals etc. The hot water supply was not wholly reliable and requires some maintenance. Also there was a risk of injury from protruding carpet grippers on the stairs which caused scratches to bare feet. Overall, a good place to spend a holiday."

"Very, very unimpressed with the heating situation. Only on our way to our property were we informed, by text, that the main form of heating is a log burner - and it was our responsibility to buy logs! The central heating was controlled only by the owner, remotely via an app, so we had no way of turning on, off or up the radiators. "Check in was really easy, caravan well equipped with everything we needed & more, kitchen was well equipped. Bedding very comfortable & freshly washed. Rural location as per the description but this was ideal for us as a base to explore from. Nice area to sit outside & grassy area for children to play on. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners & they were really welcoming & friendly. Parking for one car which was all we needed.There is no wifi in the caravan which we knew about in advance & we did have a period of time when I had no phone signal due to the ruralness. Obviously this is beyond the owners control & should I have needed it could have used their phone im sure.I travelled with 3 very loud & busy boys & we all loved it & agreed we would be back for sure!!"
