"This is a lovely place to stay. We were well looked after, my gluten free dietary needs were catered for and the staff were very accommodating. The house is old so we expected that the rooms might be ‘quirky’ but we had a dangerous fault with our shower that could have resulted in serious scalding incident. We have informed the managers so they can deal with it. Dinner was 5* as you’d expect in a place with a chef of this calibre - wine and port also excellent. Pricey, but not excessive....

"Perfect place,So quiet and relaxing.Hot tub right next to pod and no one walks past front of it,well a few chickens!The fishing lake is so beautiful,saw 2 herons.3 big Supermarkets 20 minutes away and lovely High Street a short drive .The owners are so friendly and approachable.
