If you are looking for a home base to go and see multiple places north and south of there, I would recommend staying a night south and then head north toward west Yellowstone and stay til you have seen everything. The travel time to and from this location was a bit much for what we had planned during our trip. The furnishings are dated, but the bed slept really good."
