The hotel is almost adjacent to the city's music theater, close to great dining options and only a 20 minute walk (uphill) to the medieval fortress Sparrenburg which is absolutely worth a visit and offers great views over Bielefeld and its surroundings. "This hotel is located in a very nice forest area. However the building is fully outdated. Restaurant is closed. Breakfast is limited. Stairs to go to your room are risky. I was on the 2nd floor. If you want to walk, bring your own food, skip breakfast and have peace then this place might be for you."
