"Location was good, and having a garden and small pool was great. Otherwise it was all pretty average - a tick in the box but nothing special. Only issue was Premium rooms - we paid for Premium (highest bracket and notionally in the top floor with best views) only to be told that the hotel website was wrong and that Premium rooms were on every floor. The top floor room they offered for second and succeeding nights was smaller with single sink and shower attachment over the bath. Frankly I was...
