Welcome to Pen Manor! A small gated community consisting of newly built apartments rising above with its accommodation offerings. You will enjoy the convenience of being steps away from restaurants, a major supermarket (Massy Stores), a pharmacy, and banking. This 2 bedroom 2.5 bath ensuite unit is located in the Glencoe neighbourhood providing quick and easy access to Port Of Spain and Chaguaramas. It's modern, and luxurious with top of the line finishes offering amenities travelers desire making it a great brief home while visiting the island.

The neighbourhood is located along the Gulf of Paria and the Western Main Road. This allows for easy commute providing quick access to major business centres, boating and entertainment activities.
Guests will have access to the entire unit with secured parking for 1 vehicle.
This executive apartment is spacious in size and residential in feeling. This unit features a modern fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms both with supremely comfortable queen beds with quality linens, tons of closet space, a beautifully appointed living and dining room, along with an outdoor patio with seating. The bathrooms both feature beautiful glass enclosure standing showers, with lots of lighting, and plush towels.
You will enjoy individually controlled air conditioning throughout the apartment, en-suite bathrooms with essential toiletries, cable TV, and wireless internet. A dedicated laundry room with both a washer and dryer is located inside the unit.
