"My room wasn’t cleaned everyday. Maybe twice the whole week I was there. Kara was good the check in clerk and the other lady at the pool bar very sweet. All the other staff especially in the dining hall was rude and had attitudes. We didn’t get complimentary breakfast because they said we didn’t book with them we did it through Expedia and my card was charged 3 times for the hold instead of one. $300 was held unauthorized instead of $100 that was promised. Even the bar tender inside was not...
