"Let’s get the slight negatives out of the way first. 1) It’s a LONG way from the city and is over an hour on public transport. (2) the decor is slightly tired (3) The televisions can be on a little loud in the downstairs lounges. Other than that - ITS WONDERFUL! "Hotel is about 20miles from the main tourist attractions in Rome. Room was clean, basic setup to sleep and shower, nothing fancy. Staff was VERY nice and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was light. A/C worked fine. Bus to the local train station stops right in front of hotel. To get from Massimino to Rome is about a ten minute bus ride to the hote then about an hour train ride into central Rome."
