Home from home to come back to after a day spent exploring the Island.

Home from home to come back to after a day spent exploring the Island.

8/10 Good
"This was a comfortable and clean property which suited our needs for the week. It was well supplied and had everything that was needed. However we felt it would benefit from much sharper knives and the fridge seemed to have a lot of water in the bottom. We could also feel some of the springs in the mattresses. Callum was delightful, met us as we pulled in the drive, despite the it being late, and couldn’t have been more helpful in showing us around the property and highlighting the main/best areas to go on the island. The location was good and we particularly enjoyed the closeness to the beach which we accessed several times. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the property."

"A very lovely and comfortable cottage with great access to the spectacular coast nearby. 21 Habost has been very stylishly and thoughtfully fitted out, and provided everything we needed for our stay on Lewis. It’s easy to get to the lighthouse at the Butt of Lewis, to the beautiful white sands of nearby beaches and the very picturesque harbour at Port of Ness. Donald was a super responsive and friendly host, proactively making sure to check in that everything was ok. We would recommend a stay here to explore the island in a heartbeat."

"Beautifully decorated and spacious. Perfect spot to end our day. So many amazing nearby beaches and easy access to Stornoway. Not a lot of restaurants open in the evenings locally, so you'll need to cook or head to Stornoway."

"Very thoughtfully appointed guest cottage, with lots of little extras (like several flavors of tea, and even suggested itineraries and points of interest), will feel like your own little home on the island."
