"Liked the gated site which was nice and secure We booked one night online and arrived a day early the reception staff managed to get us another room and not move rooms which was great Had dinner in the restaurant which was wholesame and good value Overall we liked our stay,minor complaint we had a disabled room with wet room shower which we didnt like Also bar a bit pricey Would stay again though if in area"

"Nous avons séjourné dans cette villa à l'occasion du marathon d'Ambès début mai, et notre expérience ne correspond pas aux attentes créées par l'annonce. Voici les points importants à noter pour les futurs voyageurs :• Configuration du logement : Il s'agit en réalité d'un appartement en rez-de-chaussée / sous-sol (hauteur sous plafond limitée à environ 2m10), situé sous l'habitation des propriétaires. Cette configuration manque d'intimité et pose des problèmes d'isolation phonique : les bruits d'écoulement des eaux usées de l'étage sont très audibles. La terrasse fait caisse de résonance, ce qui limite les moments de convivialité en extérieur, même en début de soirée.• Piscine et extérieur : Contrairement aux photos, la piscine était totalement inutilisable (eau verte et non entretenue). L'hôte a justifié cela par le fait que la saison n'avait pas commencé, bien que l'annonce ne mentionnait aucune restriction de date. Le jardin manquait également d'entretien par rapport au standing attendu.• Capacité et confort : Bien que loué pour 10 personnes, le logement nous semble inadapté pour ce nombre. La table de cuisine ne peut accueillir que 6 personnes. Côté couchages, sur les 3 chambres, les canapés-lits étaient soit défaillants, soit trop petits. Un groupe de 6 personnes semble être le maximum pour ce logement.• Équipements et état : Absence de lave-vaisselle (peu pratique pour un grand groupe ) et présence de traces d'humidité au plafond dans l'une des chambres."

"Sure Hotel Bordeaux-Lac is located in a modern, well-maintained, conveniently located, quiet building, within very easy walking distance of the tram line. Staff are welcoming and professional, and the breakfast is of a good standard. The price we paid represented very good value for money. Highly recommended. "

"Hotel itself was lovely, modern and clean. The staff were lovely and helpful. The room , booked for a family of 4 was very cramped and not really accommodating for 4. A family of 3 yes, but way too small for 4. We had a double bed, single sofa bed and mattress on the floor all in a standard double room. Room wasn’t very modern in comparison to the hotel. Separate toilet from bathroom which is always great. However, not really a comfortable stay for 4 , very cramped and uncomfortable. "
