Beware
This house was horrible! In dire need of remodel, and not by the owner! Who obviously fancies themselves as DIY’ers but have no business with a hammer! It smelled like mold, the water smells like rotten eggs! The electrical is nothing short of hazardous! General appearance I would categorize this as a “trap house”

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your stay. The Cozy Cottage is an old fishing cabin. It is nothing fancy. It is however clean with a great air conditioner, television, WIFI, kitchen, and BBQ at a low price.

the smell of the water
Couldn’t even shower the 2 days i was in port mansfield because the strong smell of sulfur / rotten eggs
