This two bedroom unit is located on the second floor of the popular Sundial complex. Located only 500m to the CBD. Enjoy the garden views from the north facing balcony which opens off the living and master bedrooms.
The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom has a two single beds.
Other features include an air conditioner and ceiling fan in the lounge room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The complex is a security complex and includes a lift, and swimming pool to relax in at the end of the day exploring. This unit has wifi included.
There is also a single lock up garage.
Bedding: Queen in the main bedroom, 2 singles in the 2nd bedroom. Linen is provided in this unit.

The place was as described. Letting company very, very good and professional.The circuit breakers in the locked cupboard seemed very odd- how do you reset these without a callout?The lounge is not super comfortable, beds were comfortable.overall a good stay, would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sundial 202 for 18 nights. It was clean, very close to town and a safe place to stay. We will definitely book again. Staff at Elders were very helpful especially Lara. She helped us extend our stay a few more nights.
We had a lovely stay with plenty of room we could walk to everything pool was lovely and beds were comfortable only downfall was no BBQ but had a nice big kitchen
A convenient location and close to town centre. The unit was clean and tidy and suited our needs. Kitchen could do with an update and perhaps a couple of prints on the walls for a seaside feel. Beds were comfy maybe a lamp in 2nd bedroom. The pool was nice to cool off in.

Very disappointed in the property. Upon coming into the unit it was very dirty, false finger nails under a bed, very uncleaned kitchen, you could hardly see out of the windows as they were so dirty, ALL taps were dripping, kitchen tap was all but falling off. We emailed several times regarding the tap & the absolutely filthy air conditioner, that was actually making us sick, lack of a broom/dustpan & broom, please do something about the air conditioner but mostly they were ignored. We are terribly disappointed with the lack of communication and assistance by the property management.
