Tasman Towers 2 - PERFECT IN TOWN LOCATION

Situated in the popular Tasman building, is this beautiful modern renovated 3 bedroom unit.  Perfectly located only two blocks from the town centre, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, Break Wall and Town Beach.  

The unit features a large open living, dining area with large balcony with break wall and water views.   Cook up a storm in the modern fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and large fridge and lots of bench space.  

There is a king sized bed in the main bedroom with ensuite and ceiling fan, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom with ceiling fan and two single beds in the 3rd bedroom with ceiling fan.

The main bathroom has a large shower and bathtub and for your convenience there is a laundry with washer and dryer. The complex also offers a pool, security parking for 1 car and a lift. 

Bedding: King sized bed in the main bedroom, queen in the 2nd and a two single beds in the 3rd bedroom. All linen included.

This property does not allow pets, parties or smoking.

This property does not accept bookings for Schoolies, Sporting Teams, Hens parties, Bucks parties or any other party bookings. If a booking is accepted by a third-party booking portal and then found by the managing agent to be one of the above, the booking will be cancelled and there will be no refund payable.

If a booking includes minors (under the age of 18), they must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 and identification will be required to collect keys to the property.
