With stunning concrete polished floors, wooden benches a modern kitchen and 2 large balconies. This unit is a 5 min drive to the town centre and is pet friendly. Did we mention there is a pool?
This unit is only for holiday accommodation and is equipt with all the essentials.
We have other properties available so if this one is booked out we will be able to fit you in somewhere else!

Anniversary getaway

Perfect for a couple, area close to beach,coffee shop, surf club cafe and other food outlets. Very comfortable unit with lots of thoughtful extras A much needed mini break after a stressful year,would like to come again

Anniversary & School break get away

One stop shop! This place is not only warm and cozy, its literally near to every place to visit, beaches and restaurants from Lake Cathie to Town Beach.We have visited a lot and done so much in just 3 days.To top it all, you can have a relaxing dip in the pool after a long day. Highly recommended.

Perfect holiday overnight

The apartment was a perfect overnight stay on our transit down the coast. We loved being walking distance from the beach and restaurants and it was great to be able to bring our little cavoodle too. thanks!

It’s a cute freshly renovated apartment, with all the thoughtful essentials you would have at home. It’s very close to the shops, the beach and local restaurants. The street is quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Small but clean and quiet, excellent location

Very happy with the unit, had everything we needed and though small it was fine for my husband and I, our 17 year old daughter and our 2 dogs. Nice little yard right outside the door, not fully enclosed but was good for the dogs to have a supervised wander. Excellent location, 2 minute walk to beach (a little further to the dog beach), cafes, restaurants and grocery shop/bottleshop. Would definitely stay again.

Flynn beach get away

Owners were responsive. Apartment was clean. Thank you for having the basic food items like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, etc. Bathroom was a little small and the AC cold living area but not bedrooms. We sorted it out.

The property was well appointed with little extras like shampoo, shower gel, coffee pods for the coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linen and plenty of fresh soft towels. We only stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer. The apartment is a good half way stop between Sydney and Pottsville. The location is great with lovely restaurants and coffee shops just around the corner. Will definitely book again.

Happy stay

Property was very clean and tidy, has everything you need if you want to cook whilst staying which we enjoyed doing. Only down side was it took almost an hour to get the check in information from the hosts, address and door code came through over half an hour after check in time, but having said that we arrived later anyway. Restaurants and cafe right around the corner for convenience and the beach is basically across the road. Overall very happy with the stay and the way the property was set up.

Great little seaside apartment

My daughter and I stayed 2 nights at the well presented Flynn Beach apartment. Upon opening the front door it was evident this little place would suit us well. The rustic presentation and well appointed amenities inside made our stay enjoyable, coupled with the great location (walking distance to cafes and the surf lifesaving club/beach) I would recommend this apartment to both couples and young families with very young children (infant). Thanks to Gloria and Krystal for the great communication making the process easy.

Lovely location and beautifully furnished

This is third time we've stayed in an apartment managed by Gloria & Krystel, and once again the furnishings are beautiful and the unit is spotless. The unit is surprisingly spacious and both bedrooms are a good size. The balcony seating is cleverly done as theres a table/bar that doubles as ballistrade. The only thing to note on this property is that the bathroom is very small/compact, but it's clean and modern (would be an issue for larger folk or anyone with mobility issues though). We would definitely stay here again though.

Great location

Renovated 2 bedroom unit one clock back from beach with cafes, little supermarket 2 min walk away. Flynn's Beach is very nice and is patrolled. The unit has been renovated inside - new kitchen & bathroom & is very nicely decorated. A queen bed in each bedroom. Key to unit was in locked box outside - car parking space undercover, one flight of stairs to get to unit. Good communication with owner. No issues arose during our stay. The bathroom is small but functional. BBQ on balcony we did not use as it was a bit average as far as cleanliness. More storage could be provided for clothes - the drawer units in both bedrooms have spare linen in 2 out of the 3 drawers. It was fine for us being a couple staying for a week & the price was reasonable.
