"The balcony was a peaceful environment since it was facing an inside courtyard opposite the busy street on the other side of the hotel. The staff was helpful and nice. The storage lockers for keeping your things safe before getting in the room was good and greatly appreciated. The only down side really is the mattress was quite hard.."
