We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and quiet, our hosts were extremely responsive to questions, and the views were outstanding. We would definitely stay again.
Amazing views and plenty of space for our family. Loved the views from the house and appreciated the scopes and binoculars for bird and boat watching. Would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the deck and beach more.
We stayed for six nights and had a great time! The views are amazing and the house is spacious, perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the beach access and kayaks. The loft was perfect for our 9 year old. Definitely recommend!
Had a wonderful time at Port Ludlow! This property has amazing views of the ocean from almost every room in the house. We saw seals, eagles, otters, dolphins and submarines right from the living room. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!
Had a fantastic stay. The property is as described (though the photos don't do it justice). Comfortable and well stocked. We even had an otter visitor this morning. Would recommend for a quiet relaxing stay.
Our family of 8 - 6 adults and 2 children had a great stay over the Christmas holiday. We did a lot of cooking at home and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare & serve holiday meals. The owners were quick to respond to questions and very accommodating- allowing an early check-in and late check-out. All in all a 5 star rental!
We've stayed at this house twice and think it's great! You can't beat the location and views. We love to sit on the porch and watch the boats go by all day long. We look forward to coming back again.
Beautiful home with beautiful views. Home is large and well equipped. Perfect location between Seattle and Olympic National Forest. Very quiet and peaceful. You would love this place!
Spectacular view property looking at the sound and Mt Baker. One of the best appointed homes you will ever rent. Everything was quite comfortable. Highly recommend
This property looks even better in person! The sunroom was a beautiful place to hangout and enjoy the view. The kitchen is large & very well equipped; there was an espresso machine! There was even a bike rack for us to store our bikes, it was perfect for our cycling group.
We loved this place so much we have already booked it again! The location is amazing, with wonderful views of the water and boats going by. The outside area is so calming and welcoming. The house itself is very nice and I don’t think the pictures do it justice. It was clean, well set up, and very comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here.
View of Puget Sound is awesome. Cleaning service is not up to the standards this house deserves. Floors not adequately cleaned. Problems with TV in master bedroom. Contact with owners was great. Jay was very prompt in returning calls. We were not aware that the garage would be locked up, unavailable. Path to the beach was not well defined, maintained. Difficult. Overall nice house with great view but needs a few improvements for the price.
We really enjoyed this house and especially the view from the porch and the sun room. It's ideal for boat and bird watching. We were very pleased with all the trails in Port Ludlow and the Ludlow falls trail. We also explored the WA state parks in the area and Olympic National Park. The house is very well appointed and kitchen has everything I needed. House is as expected from the pictures and comfortable.
This house is right on the water with amazing views. The sunroom is a wonderful place to relax and chat regardless of the weather. The home is in the rain shadow. So, it gets less rain than areas further south. We all enjoyed the well equipped home and excellent location. You can walk to Port Ludlow via a neighborhood trail. It's a very sweet town and great home to stay in!
Wow! This location has the most incredible views and gardens! The pictures do not due it justice (as most do not). Saw Orcas right off our private beach. Hummingbirds everywhere. Eagles, owls….i could go on. What a relaxing get-away for our family! Was limited to a five-star rating but the experience was better than that. Bravo!!
This was a great place to stay. No hidden surprises. Everything we needed was there. Wonderful to wake up and watch the sunrise over the water from bed. Hosts were available if we needed but not overbearing. House is in a neighborhood of sorts so there are other houses around but the way things are situated there is tremendous privacy. We never saw anyone else or heard a peep. Walked down to the inn at the resort one evening and had a lovely dinner. Review written from phone hence brevity.
We recently stayed at this wonderful house and it exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect, and the size of the house was just right for our family.
The kitchen was impressively stocked with everything we needed and more. It was a pleasant surprise to find ample extras of essentials like towels, garbage bags, and toilet paper, which is not always the case in rented houses.
Our family absolutely loved the yard and the solarium. It provided the perfect space for relaxation and enjoyment, and we spent a lot of time there during our stay.
Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we’re already planning our next trip back. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped vacation rental.
Beautiful views eagles and submarines (not yellow)
Wonderful stay, well stocked kitchen managed to cook Thanksgiving dinner couldn’t find a rolling pin for pies but everything else was good. The two steps inside the house and low toilets can be a problem for folks with limited mobility. Good selection of games didn’t use any of the ones we brought. Several pairs of binoculars and a telescope fun to watch ships and see where they are going.
