Located 100 meters from the beach and 50 meters from the resort center, in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops.

This vacation rental includes, on the ground floor, a living room with a comfortable sofa and television, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room (with wheelchair access), and a toilet.

Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, as well as a shower room with a toilet.

There is a large terrace at the front, a terrace at the rear of the property, and another terrace upstairs.

This fully renovated house is located in a quiet neighborhood and includes a garage where you can park your vehicle.

The advantages of this seaside rental: a large terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill, and a garage. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not provided. You can reserve them by contacting the agency 10 days before your arrival and pay on site: bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mats.
