"We rented home for a small family reunion for my mom’s 90th birthday. This home will not disappoint! Close to beach, close to Blvd, 2 downstairs bedrooms, no steep staircase, 2 upstairs bedrooms, large kitchen and dining area, large living room and a mini kitchen with fridge downstairs. Bathrooms are very spacious. Home extremely clean. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes, etc. Love this home. Another plus…great owners. Very helpful and very easy to communicate with."

"Place was nice, fit everyone (group of 8). There was some water damage in the living room, we just put a bowel to catch the water and it stopped leaking after a few hours. Beach access was very close (1 minute). Whataburger, gas station and other restaurants and stores were also walking distance. Overall, place was in a good spot and spacious!"

"We had a great experience. The house was clean, spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could think of. It also included nice beach towels, extra linens, fans, air mattress, beach toys, chairs for the beach, wagon, cooler and more. The location was perfect. Steps away from the beach and a close to walk to several restaurants on the water, and souvenir shops. Also had a great view of the sunrise on the top floor balcony. The hosts were amazing to work with and responded...

"Really lovely place to host 3 generations! One room is quite small barely enough to fit a bed length and width, I do recommend minor cleaning such as sheets-found dirt particles in the bed in the smaller room. Maybe some cosmetic updates such as painting the rails, walls at the entrance, chipped toilet tank lid, puncture door, cigarette butts outside, dog poop outside in the backyard. And this is because I’m observant…but it’s really a lovely place"

"When you are traveling from a far distance to a place you have never been and want to feel like you are home then this is the perfect place for you! The home was extrememly clean, well organized and comfortable! The home is filled with everything you need for entertaining, going to the beach and relaxing by the pool. "We stayed at this home the week after Thanksgiving with our son and his family and our daughter and her family. The home easily accommodated the 10 of us with plenty of space and privacy. The weather wasn't ideal while we were there so we were only able to use the beach one day, but the heated pool in the backyard saved the day for our grandkids. "The house was great, clean, well stocked (with the exception of dishwasher soap, could have used a bit more), so close to the beach and decorated well and with a beach vibe. My friends and husband celebrated my 50th birthday last weekend and we loved our trip so much! The hot tub wasn't working when we got there, but, was resolved the next day. Communication with the rental property was fast and easy. Def recommend this house and all it had to offer. Thank you!"

"Overall a great place to stay! The hot tub was not working upon arrival but they had it up and running for day two. The backyard, pool, and front yard had beer cans and paper plates on the ground that were not from us. Even the pool had a styrofoam plate in it. The location of the property is tough to beat and the house itself is perfect for a small group to stay."

"The backyard and the pool sold us on the listing and proved to be the star of the stay. We were glad we heated the pool for our April stay. We also enjoyed birdwatching from the backyard as it overlooks a little water. The house is very clean. The beds and all other furnishings are adequate, but nothing more. The kitchen is sparsely furnished and supplies seemed “rationed” to the day. None of this would prevent us from recommending the property or staying there again."
