"Poorly lit rooms. Stuffy corridors. Limited parking space"

"Property looks ok, Staff, customer services was a shamble. My intercom was nonfunctional, after serveral request for it to be fix, it wasn't fixed for the duration of my stay and without an explanation. Towels were never available when needed. Receptionist were non interested to request. Its was so disappointing. "

"The building is bold and you can see it. Light fixture were covered in dust and the bathroom was disappointing. Old and the ceiling was leaking. Plus the lighting was so dim. But overall the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the restaurant food was rather tasty."

"Spent a night there, don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was dirty, hair in the bath, dirty towels and room was smelling like mould. staff unprofessional."

"The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, the "reception" was a board across the opening under the stairs. The bed linen was filthy and the bathroom deplorable. The pictures on the website must be from another hotel, I was so disappointed. I couldn't stay there and my card has been charged; I just got ripped off!"
