I had a great time here

My time here was great, the management and staff were wonderful. First there was a mix up in my reservation with orbitz and my flight came in earlier than check in time. The assistant manager personally still checked me in and the staff were great. I love the safe in the rooms so I knew my money and documents were safe. The breakfast was great. I had a wonderful 2 nights at this hotel and will definitely recommend it to a friend.

My intercom was nonfunctional, after serveral request for it to be fix, it wasn't fixed for the duration of my stay and without an explanation. Towels were never available when needed. Receptionist were non interested to request. Its was so disappointing.

A lovely week

Wonderful stay with friendly staff. The outside restaurant was lovely. The bedrooms were very fresh every day. Only complaint is the pool wasn’t clean enough to swim. I would stay here again and again.

This hotel is very unprofessional. Starting from the gate. The gate man did not even welcome the guest properly. When the opened the gate the first thing the gate man said was your horn is too loud.!! Can you imagine. Now Moving on to the receptionist who was not available. I Waited for almost 15mins before the receptionist showed up. She claimed she was out for lunch. Another issue was the porter. He was so rude.instead of taking responsibility of the non working internet and air condition. He was busy showing off bad attitude. The name is a fraud, this hotel uses the picture on the website to attract and reap off customers. It is totally different from what you see on the pictures . You beg for towel . The rooms smell awful. It was plain and simple a waste. The porter had the audacity to tell me we only give out one towel per guest. In as much as the towel was dirty. Room was dirty and dusty. Even down to the bedsheets. I checked out immediately because i felt unsafe and scared for my health . I told them i will ask for my money back because what i paid for was not what was offered. The receptionist said she will inform their manager. This was a horrible experience .

There was nothing to like. The hotel is very unprofessional especially the guy that pose as IT manager instead of taking responsibility non working internet, blames it on the guests. I was received by the receptionist at the desk on my arrival by a female staf by the name of Rita. She is very friendly and professional. She checked my reservation and booking and informed me of all the amenities and entertainment available in the hotel which am not aware of. As this was my first (1st) time staying in this hotel I was initially nervous but after Rita briefed me my nerves comes down and I was able to enjoy my stay. Security is excellent and their swimming pool bar is fantastic. I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel and will definitely come back. Before I forget their cuisine is addictive. I eat okro soup and vegetable soup with cat fish and it was delicious.

Super safe location and close to everything. I booked a junior suite but was not very impressed . Bathrooms are very small and compacted! Reception staffs are helpful Nd courteous. The outdoor bar staff are slightly rude and should improve on their customer service! Good value for money

Very nice hotel

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The check-in was seamless and the staff were very welcoming and polite. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only problems were that the shower leaked through the shower door leaving a pool of water after each shower. Also the wifi never connected once. The breakfast was really nice - a mixture of Nigerian and English breakfast. They also had a variety of food for lunch. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Overall great hotel.

Bathrooms were horrible with molds all over. The bed spread were stained apparently from the previous user. They provided no breakfast but recorded that they had provided meals for the rooms Cockroaches running around the room. Horrible with very poor hygiene

Good stay but extremely troublesome check-in.

My overall stay was rather pleasant. Breakfast was good and room was comfortable. However the check in was extremely troublesome as the security was way too strict which caused inconvenience for me. Apparently booking ID and my identification was not enough to be verified where it's usually acceptable elsewhere.
