"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. "This is a very well presented, clean, comfortable and roomy property. Comfy bed, good size TV and great shower too. Big supermarkets are only about 1.5 miles away and a restaurant very close by. Parking is right outside. The host had put the heating and lights on for my arrival which was great. Also a selection of tea and coffee was available too. Would recommend."

"Very enjoyable stay. The property was just the right size for the four of us. Monica was very friendly and most helpful.It might be helpful to have a mirror in the twin room, a non slip mat for the showers and instructions on how to use the cooker and what to do about refuse and recycling.Guests with mobility problems might have difficulty getting up the front steps as there's no rail.However, we would certainly recommend this property for a holiday stay."
