I made many calls, texts and emails to trace your funds which, I understand and previously relayed to you, were ‘held’ in your account by your bank and never actually deducted from your account. Thank you for your feedback regarding the cleanliness of the house. We are always looking to improve and welcome your comments. I have spoken to the cleaner and head of housekeeping, who felt the clean was of a similar standard to other stays, whose reviews were more complimentary. The property you stayed in does not have wallpaper. We do want a clean property for you to stay in.
