Good stay, friendly staff
Overall our stay has been lovely, the staff can’t do enough to help, all very friendly, definitely deserve their tips. The animation team all work hard to try to encourage everyone to participate both during the day & evening. The food was all good, a shame the fresh omelettes stopped at breakfast, food was starting to be labelled as the stay went on as difficult to guess what was being served. The restaurant staff all worked hard & constantly keeping the table areas tidy. The pool & beach areas were both clean & plenty of sun beds available (in June) A few negatives were that the rooms were very dated, the aircon not so great in rooms, the Wi-Fi only worked in the reception area & then hit & miss due to the amount of people using it. I booked through hotels.com so wasn’t given the option of all inclusive so had to buy our own alcohol. Overall it was a good holiday, you get what you pay for

One of the worst hotels in Sousse. No Wifi!!!!
One of the worst hotels in Sousse. The carpeted in the rooms was disgusting. The condition of the hotel was appalling. The food was good. I saw a hotel employee hold a young black man (who was getting food for dinner) by the arm. It appeared to me an act of racism. The hotel's wifi does not work.

Had to wait 2 hours in the checkin erea to get a room after that there was no minibar in my room and no toiletries in the room went back for an hour in the lobby asking everyone so I could get a proper shower in hot day and did receive little to no attention. Food was really scares and there was a lot of people and it seems that there was not enough food :( I could not relax at all there was music playing till midnight very loud that I could not even sleep.

The beach was probably the only positive point.
Not even at the level of a 1 star hotel in Europe. More like a cheap summer motel in the US rather than anything else. Food was sincerely not good. Cheese was not cheese but fake cheap inedible thing that looked like cheese. Even pizza was not good. They probably make the most margin on food, so you can guess the quality. I ate just to survive, otherwise I tried to have my meals outside the hotel. No WIFI in the rooms. Old CRT TVs in the rooms. No curtains for the shower. And of course the cockroach was a mandatory feature. Old and spotted carpets in the rooms. Hard to get good rooms even if you insist. Hotel overcrowded. Silly and uninteresting entertainment. Probably only positive point: the beach was clean. Overall: the price to pay should never exceed 80TNDs per room per night.

I stayed there for 10 days with only few issues; sometimes water pressure is low, cleaning staff once forgot to put pillow cover, except of that, everything else was great, especially health staff, I've dislocated my elbow at Volleyball, and they were very friendly and helpful.

Good if youre 50+, young people, stay away.
I was satying one week at el mouradi port club kantoui, then i decided to stay another week in tunisia and thoight i would change hotel as i didnt like the waiters at the first hotel. What a mistake that was! This hotel is ok to stay in if youre 50+, but for people under 40, its a complete bore. Mostly just older german tourists in this hotel. Most waiters was nice here apart from one waiter. I asked for a drink and he said: "are you asking me? Cant you see im already bringing people drinks?" What?! Thats his job, to bring drinks. Just because he is bringin drinks, he could still taken an order. Well, after 3 days bored and also sick after eating the food in this hotel, i asked to transfer back to the first hotel. That was not a problem at all, so i was happy. But this is definetely not the hotel for me. The entertainment waa boring too.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel. Maybe it has a 5 star beach, but the luxury stops there. We had an all inclusive package, so given the discount we got, we have gotten what we paid for, but this does not justify the lack of amenities in the rooms (I would rate the rooms 1 star) or the carelessness of the management (they send us into a room which is not cleaned yet and they claimed that they were told it was ready) and for the general feel of a regular Motel you get in the corridors. I would call this type of hotel: Beach and Buffet (as opposed to bed and breakfast). because those are the two things that justify the money paid.. everything else doesn't!

Poor Choice
2miles away from the location shown on Hotels.com map. No wifi available in the hotel contrary to description. This is a half board or AI place and the food choice and selection was very poor and repetitive. Even on AI it was extra for fresh orange juice, sun lounger cushions etc The rooms are getting old and there was noisy renovation going on during the stay. It states 4 star but I stayed in much nicer 3 star during the stay (iberostar chain). On the plus it was cheap but there are many places with better value even if costing a little more.

Al the staff were very friendly and worked very hard to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was looked after. The Animation team could possibly have done a bit more, but as it was October there were not a lot of children to entertain, and there were more elderly people, alot of which were there just for a rest. Not too keen on the fact that you have to pay for the mats for the sun loungers, but the lifeguards did a terrific job, and kept everywhere tidy. It is the second time we have been to this hotel and we shall ,hopefully ,be returning again next year, and we would recommend it to anyone. We recommend Tunisia for a holiday to anyone as it is a great country and the tunisian people are great. We always enjoy trying Tunisian food and the hotel caters for all tastes. We very rarely leave the hotel complex as there is always enough for us to do, or just sit and relax in the beautiful surroundings in the glorious sunny weather.

EXCELLENT VALUE HOTEL - DETAILED HONEST REVIEW
I have stayed in some of the worlds best and worst hotels and one rule still applies - you get what you pay for. If you pay a modest outlay for a holiday then you can normally expect a modestly priced hotel in return and that is where this hotel sits. It is not perfect, of course not, which hotels are, but if you manage your expectation you can enjoy all what PE Kantoui has to offer in a good hotel for a very modest outlay. Most guests are middle aged and are either German, French or Russian. Brits are very fimly in the minority here - so if you like to be amongst british guests think again about coming here. Bedrooms are quite spacious are carpeted and come with a bathroom which is well appointed with a fully functional shower with excellent water pressure, bath, toilet and a built in sink with plenty of storage space. tHE BEACH ..is simply gorgeous. White, fine sand and a lovely warm sea. dINING AND FOOD The first point is as this is All Inclusive you cannot and should not expect Al la carte food. The food is aimed at mass catering but still maintaining quality and I think as a general foodie they achieved that. if you want sun, sea and sand in a good hotel on the beach for a reasonable cost you cannot go wrong here. If you want European style sophistication then don't come to Tunisia. This hotel, may not be a 5 star luxury but is is a well managed hotel and the staff are very keen to ensure you have a good time and will be very accomodating for you.

Pas satisfaisant voire décevant ; serviettes non changées pendant tout le séjours, pas de climatisation, mauvaise odeur insupportable se dégageait de la salle de bain, chaise cassée pendant mon absence puis reprise sans être remplacée, le lendemain à 15h la femme de ménage ouvre la porte sans toquer entre ( je sortais de la douche) elle demandait si je veux qu'elle qu'elle fasse la chambre en ma présence alors que j'étais en ville toute la matinée jusqu'à 14h40 et pas de carton rouge sur la porte! au bar on m'a refusé deux fois une bouteille d'eau avant 10h 30 du soir alors que j'avais mal à la tête et que j'ai expliqué que je monte dormir! refus de fournir une facture; la personne qui s'en charge n'est jamais là , pareil pour les réclamations y a toujours pas celle qui s'en occupe... Je paie mon séjour en euro et voilà comment ils accueillent les gens.

Wij komen al elf jaar in El Mouradi Port el Kantaoui. We hebben een perfecte vakantie beleefd. Enige minpunt is dat het oud is en tijd tijp is om de kamers te vernieuwe. Eten is gewoon goed en veel keuze. Personeel werken se gehele dag hard om de gasten naar hun zin te maken. Goed familie hotel.
