"The hotel's exterior looks average but room was clean, interior looks fine, breakfast area looks ok. The pool is outside and looks pretty good on photos but in reality was small, not in good condition and wasn't in use. The hotel is far away from old town which is the most attractive area so you need to go by taxi or by bus if you don't have a car. We made a mistake and booked this hotel to be closer to the airport but it is better to be closer to old town."

"Hotel Palace Royale is within walking distance to many attractions. The pool and hot tub are great for the end of the day soak after a long day of non stop walking. The check in was easy. We arrived early and they allowed us to check in to our room. The front staff was super helpful with suggestions of things to see and things to do. A couple of suggestions would maybe have robes in the rooms to curl up in or wear down to the pool and body lotion. Definitely would return. "
