Nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Port Charlotte, FL this classic Florida fully furnished home has everything you need to unwind. Take a water taxi, rent a boat or charter a tour to explore our barrier islands like Cayo Costa, a unique island filled with the history of old Florida or hop over to Cabbage Key and dine on your cheeseburger in paradise. Take a short 8 min. car drive to the closest beach and reach other white sandy beaches within 20-30 min. After a full day on the water, take a dip in the heated pool or lounge on the large screened in lanai. Itching for a late night snack? The fully appointed, luxury kitchen comes complete with everything you need to make whatever it is that you are craving! Bring the family and still enjoy private time in 3 bedrooms and 2 separate sitting areas. Don't fret about fighting over the bathroom, there are 3 (Pool Bath) for you to choose from! Spacious home with lovely heated pool.

Home was as described on listing. Spacious. Most amenities provided; owner quickly responsive to providing a few missing needs. Very quiet neighborhood, home on canal, with lovely heated pool. Would recommend providing 4 beach chairs for futurerenters. Thank you.having 4 beach chairs available for use
