  • Our beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom rental property is located in a desirable Port Charlotte neighborhood, situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. With a private heated pool & screened in lanai, this is the perfect place to experience the best of Florida living.

    We strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. That's why our rental property is equipped with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Enjoy a refreshing swim in our private pool or relax in the lounge chairs. To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer complimentary coffee & toiletries.


    *We take pride in maintaining a comfortable vacation home to unwind & relax, but expect the character of a lived-in home.

    Our home is located in Southwest Florida, where the warm climate means the occasional bug or pest might sneak in, even with regular pest control. It’s just part of life in the tropics!

Great for last minute booking

This property was great for our last minute booking for our employee staff as we worked event nearby and was able to come home and relax and get rested for the next day. The house was clean and updated. Highly recommend.

We had such a wonderful experience. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful, clean and exactly what we needed. The street was very quiet and the town overall was very great. Will definitely recommended this to anyone visiting in the area.
