The backyard is situated on a 55' wide deep-water canal within a few hundred yards of the intracoastal waterway and world-class fishing. Stump Pass and Gulf access are less than a mile away. Plenty of dock space with tie-up areas and the possibility of a 10k boat lift (contact re: boat lift) with water and fish-cleaning station for your fresh catches! Large circular driveway with additional space for cars and trailer. Newly remodeled kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom. Amenities include central A/C, flat screen TV with cable in family room, free wi-fi , washer and dryer, outdoor gas grill, outdoor shower, and patio furniture. Conveniently located close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping with a short 10-minute drive to our gorgeous gulf shore beaches. *Extended stay discounted rates may be available for bookings over 2 weeks.*
