"Personnel très gentil, poli, accommodant. Nous sommes arrivés très tard et le réceptionniste enregistrait des clients ayant des besoins particuliers. Il a été très gentil et patient avec eux, et avec moi aussi. La chambre (affaire lit king) est super bien équipée avec tout ce dont on pouvait avoir besoin. Peignoirs, oreillers nombreux, accessoires de toilette divers, etc. Litterie confortable, douche super. Il s'agit d'un immeuble assez vieux, la déco en témoigne mais tout est propre. Le petit déjeuner est un très bon dépanneur et il y a abondance de restaurants autour, un café en face pour ceux qui préfèrent un déjeuner plus copieux et chaud. Nous avons fait réchauffer notre muffin au microondes fourni dans la chambre et ça fait toute la différence! Je n'hésiterais pas à réserver à nouveau si je suis de passage à sept-îles."
