Welcome to TY FOUR, a charming 2-bedroom apartment offering a lovely view of the ocean from its terrace. Located in a recent (2024) residence, this cosy and carefully decorated apartment is ideal for a stay near the ocean.

Upon your arrival, be seduced by the bright living room that combines a living area, a dining room and an open kitchen. This convivial living space is perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The living room sofa is convertible, allowing to accommodate up to 4 travellers.

The apartment also includes a comfortable bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200) for restful nights, as well as a functional bathroom with shower and toilet.

Enjoy the terrace for relaxing moments with a splendid view of the ocean, ideal for having your breakfast or sipping a drink while admiring the sunset!

The GR34 hiking trail is nearby. A grocery store and a bakery are within a few minutes\' walk, and a beautiful sandy beach is accessible less than 400 metres from the residence.

The little extras of TY FOUR? Bed and bath linen is provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket with local products awaits you on arrival, and a digital welcome booklet is available to advise you on activities to do and places to visit.

Less than 30 minutes away, discover the treasures of the Pays des Abers and the Pays d\'Iroise: explore the islands of Ouessant and Molène, from the picturesque port of Le Conquet or Lanildut, admire the landscapes of the Abers, walk along the wild coast or visit the Île Vierge lighthouse, the Pointe Saint-Mathieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the Maritime Museum in Brest. For art lovers, several must-see places are also nearby, such as La Passerelle in Brest or the Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau.

Un appartement très agréable

Un séjour agréable.Des difficultés avec le code de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble. Un couple qui a eu aussi des difficultés nous vient en aide.Une cafetière traditionnelle et porte manteaux en sus de la salle de bain serait un plus..Mais apparement très agréable

Cet appartement est top ! En plus d'un emplacement idéal au centre de Porspoder, la vue mer est magnifique ! L'appartement est neuf, très confortable. Un accueil très sympa de la conciergerie. Rien à redire, c'était parfait !
