"Convenient for our stay. Clean comfortable spacious room with small sitting area & balcony. Would stay again.
Biggest concern for us was “headboard” on bed. Very distinctive look but also very easy to accidentally hit your head on it, as it is a wide hollow metal bar attached to the wall like a shelf.
Glass walled shower in room and lack of floor to ceiling walls on two sides of toilet area could be problematic depending upon traveling companion. "

"Grande maison qui permet d'avoir un coin "enfants", attention toutefois à l'escalier.
Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréable avec une magnifique vue sur la campagne.
Un très bon restaurant dans le village à tester absolument (surtout leur menu dégustation de ravioles)"
"The rooms are in good condition. The personal is very nice and professional.
Thr restaurant is only open at weekend, but in this area you've much alternative restaurants."
"Property was beautiful and more than sufficent for a large family. It was clean and has most of what you would need for a relaxing stay. The various locations from the house to the patio to the pool and garden allowed for a new setting every day. It is a wonderful place to rest, relax, and get away from it all."

"Giacomo and Liliana's estate house has an old world charm with modern appliances and furnishings. The exterior area is expansive with fabulous mountain vistas of the surrounding Appenines. Giacomo and Liliana were great hosts: friendly, communicative and very attentive to all of our family. They are super hosts! It is a 30-60 minute drive to cities such as Parma, Reggio Emilia and Modena. We stayed a week with three young children and enjoyed every day. Amenities and appliances allowed us to...
"The apartment was perfect for us. Was nicely finished and very clean. We had everything we needed and the treats were very much appreciated. Very close to shop[s and restaurants. As a bonus, the people in the fruit and vegetable stand outside were extremely nice to us. The parking was easy to access, just outside of the ZTL. Was not a problem for us to walk to the apartment with our luggage. "

"Really appreciated the size of the room. Comfortable beds. We booked a room for 4 with one large bed and two singles. The space was generous. Felt clean. Quiet. Right across is a convenient Conad grocery chain store and a great little restaurant / cafe right next to Conad where they make awesome sandwiches, pastries and daily specials. Doesnt look like much from the outside but their food and coffee were awesome. Very conveniently located, wallking distance to the ducal park, museum, cathedral and historic area. "
"Nice places if you get a floor 01 room, really cool historic building everything is well kept. Breakfast was spot on had dinner one evening and that was great too."
"Would recommend this hotel to stay in. It’s a great location easy to walk to centre of town and the train station. My room was modern and clean, breakfast had a good selection and friendly staff "
"This was a terrific option for Parma. Inexpensive, convenient to train, big and modern room, great staff, wonderful breakfast. I literally have no idea what others have complained about. We thought the area very safe and didn't get asked for money once, unlike in Bologna and Verona. An easy walk into town and right by the leaving point for food tours. Can't recommend it enough. "
"Property condition and room excellent. Feels new and fresh! Car a necessity. Service team mediocre, many not speaking English at all. Staff frequently indifferent and somewhat impolite to guests including me, by both US and European standards. Perhaps no such interaction training. (I stayed 5 nights.)"
