I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Florida! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall experience was great. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Florida. Highly recommended! ❤️

This hotel is amazing great location, Staff and Front desk are top of it class, I feel like Royal when at this property lots to do . Nice rooms, Beautiful views from the pool to the cabanas . Gym, laundry, meeting room for conferences, computer to use. You hav hammocks as well to relax. Breakfest included with your stay. I call it my 2nd home here. Thank for treating me like family. I will continue to stay here when I need a getaway fom home.

I stayed at this hotel several times over the years and the rooms have gone downhill. It doesn’t look like they’ve done much to update them or maintain them well. The bed was very stiff and not comfortable, the furniture looked to have been affected by some kind of water damage and was warped and coming apart. The bathroom lighting fixture was not attached and hanging off, The check in entryway was blocked off due to what looked to be new or painted pavers which made check-in a little more difficult getting bags all the way back to my room. One of the elevators was broken for my stay. The hotel overall still looks nice, the lobby is always clean and smells great, the restaurant is always great, friendly staff at both the hotel and the restaurant, food and drinks are great at the restaurant, didn’t get to use any of the amenities this time but I do like that the pool is open late and noise was never an issue, but it’s really inconvenient not having a full gym on site. The property smelled of marijuana everywhere even in the elevators. It’s not surprising that they rent these rooms for the day now. It could just use some TLC.

Our floor was under construction during our stay, with workers scraping and preparing the walls for painting. There was a strong chemical smell and poor air quality throughout the floor. The dryer was also a major issue. It would shut off every 2 minutes and display an “LF” error. We cleaned the filter each time as instructed, but it still would not work properly. It was impossible to dry an entire load of laundry. Most concerning, the water smelled like sewage, and on our first night we had to shower with cold water. We were staying on the 7th floor, and the elevators often took a very long time to arrive. Overall, these issues significantly affected our comfort and experience.
