"Absolutely awful! I arrived with the photo, it did not match what was in front of me. The facilities and the room did not meet my expectations. When I asked the staff to give me refund they said no. False advertising or what! The welcome drink tasted like gone off oil and slightly like faeces. I was sick in their bushes outside and when I asked for a bottle of water they gave me a glass....which was the same one as the 'juice'. Horrendous and Expedia let me down as no one was answering...

"I had a great stay and would recommend this place; however, we were initially allocated a room that had a strong cigarette smell, so we had to change rooms. Unfortunately, the second room also had a foul odor, reminiscent of cigarettes. Additionally, there was a strange bleach smell throughout our entire stay, which may be related to the cleaning products used. "Staff were all lovely including the day pool guy and also the night security man! Shower was warm and powerful and air conditioning worked well. Rooms needed tidying up a bit as there were lots of marks on walls but it this was rectified it would give it an excellent rating "
