"Absolutely awful! I arrived with the photo, it did not match what was in front of me. The facilities and the room did not meet my expectations. When I asked the staff to give me refund they said no. False advertising or what! The welcome drink tasted like gone off oil and slightly like faeces. I was sick in their bushes outside and when I asked for a bottle of water they gave me a glass....which was the same one as the 'juice'. Horrendous and Expedia let me down as no one was answering...
"Staff were all lovely including the day pool guy and also the night security man! Shower was warm and powerful and air conditioning worked well. Rooms needed tidying up a bit as there were lots of marks on walls but it this was rectified it would give it an excellent rating "

"Ratings shown on Expedia 9/10 are absolutely misleading. The rates are comparable to 5 star hotels with services of 2 star hotels. Linen, towels worn out, stained, breakfast very ordinary, allocated room was stuffy and small, they did upgrade to a bigger room. "
