Villa Martimar in Stranici near Nova Vas accommodates eight guests. The ground floor includes a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining area, one double bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor features two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a second bathroom. The property offers a private pool, a hot tub, a garden, a terrace with seating, a barbecue area, and private parking.

Guest Access:
As our guest at Villa Martimar, you have exclusive access to the entire property. The ground floor features a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor includes three bedrooms and a second bathroom. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with a swimming pool, hot tub, terrace, and barbecue area. Two private parking spaces are also provided for your convenience.

Villa Martimar in Stranici offers a peaceful escape perfectly positioned for exploring Istria. Located a short drive from Porec, you can easily enjoy historic streets, the Euphrasian Basilica, and waterfront dining. The area is ideal for cycling and hiking, while nearby beaches, local wineries, taverns, and family water parks are all within easy reach.

Getting Around:
We recommend traveling by car to fully enjoy the Istrian peninsula and reach Villa Martimar with ease. A vehicle offers the most flexibility for exploring the historic town of Porec, local wineries, and the Adriatic coastline. The villa provides two private parking spaces on the premises. If you are arriving by air, Pula Airport is the nearest major airport and is approximately a forty five minute drive from Stranici.

Included services include access to our private swimming pool which is open seasonally from May to October.
We provide bed linens and towels for your stay.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, wireless
internet, and free parking on the premises.
Please note that check-in is between 16:00 and 21:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
To comply with safety regulations, guests must complete an online check-in process, which may require a photo of your ID and a selfie.
We kindly ask that you observe quiet hours between 23:00 and 10:00.
Pets are welcome for an additional fee of 10 EUR per day, provided they are not of a dangerous breed.
Please note that we do not accept groups of young people.
