" Our family party of 8 adults and 5 children had the most wonderful stay at Villa Petra. It easily accommodated us, providing plenty of space. The beds were comfortable and there was ample wardrobe space. Good size bathrooms and lots of toilets!! The kitchen was well equipped and had basic pantry items I.e. cling film, seasoning and oil. The outside area which includes a large pool with easy access via steps for the younger children was in constant use. An evening swim with the pool lights on...

"Die Villa ist absolut ruhig, sehr gepflegt und für vier Personen ausreichend groß. Der saubere private Pool bietet Abkühlung, ist jedoch zum Schwimmen etwas klein, was aber auf den Bildern bereits erkennbar ist. Die Stadt Porec und Einkaufmöglichkeiten liegen keine 10 Autominuten entfernt. Service war perfekt! Ein wirklich erholsamer Urlaub..."

We didn't get any instructions on what to do and how to do it but in the end she was angry because the grill was in the dishwasher. "Great stay at this villa. The place is fairly new with all comforts needed. Some few annoyances were TV that did not have too many satellite channels which means we watched our soccer matches on a lap top, wifi is week and drier is not working well. Besides these minor issues we had a great time."

"Perfect location for exploring Istrian towns - located close to highway exit, with restaurants and groceries nearby. Home is beautifully furnished and maintained with attention to detail. "Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem charmanten Steinhaus. Es liegt sehr ruhig, in der Nähe von der Schnellstraße die man aber nicht hört. Man ist schnell am Meer und in den nächst größeren Städten (Porec, Novigrad). Ein großer Poldine Markt liegt nur 5 min entfernt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Vor Ort wurden wir von Dean betreut der immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit war. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. "

"Wir haben die Tage in Funtana sehr genossen. Das Haus war einfach perfekt für unsere Urlaubstage, nach einem heißen Tag haben wir bei der Rückkehr den Pool zum Abkühlen nützen können. An den lauen Abenden konnten wir auf der Terasse bei einem Gläschen Wein den Tag ausklingen lassen. Der Check-in war komplikationslos, ebenso die Abreise. Diese Location ist sehr zu empfehlen."

"aus der Beschreibung konnten wir leider nicht entnehmen, dass die Villa Adea kein freistehendes Haus ist die Raumaufteilung ist großzügig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, alle Möbel sind neu und gepflegt, den Außen-TV können wir nicht bewerten, wir haben ihn nicht genutzt der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein, nicht nur zum Abkühlen leider konnten wir erst ab 16 Uhr auf das Grundstück, wir hätten auch nur im Außenbereich bis zur Bezugszeit gewartet "

"A well maintained, beautiful house. The yard is not large but has a nice swimming pool and a gorgeous old tree that provides excellent shade from the hot sun. The hosts are thoughtful, responsive and nice. They made efforts to help us in every possible way. We had a very nice vacation there."

Jedes Zimmer mit seinem eigenen Bad war toll, der Garten groß und überall eingezäunt und der Pool wurde aufgrund des heissen Wetters fast täglich gereinigt. Ausserdem wurden wir mit Kuchen empfangen und haben auch Gemüse aus dem Garten der Gastgeber bekommen, mit denen die Kommunikation auch super funktioniert hat.
