"I would not recommend this place to stay, old property and with need of renovating, no air conditioning, no toilet fan extraction, very hot room... sorry to say but as a franchise i believe they could do more for the price they are charging...."

"We love the freedom of staying in apartments rather than hotels, and this apartment is one of the only apartments we have stayed in where the photos match the actual apartment. Every thing was clean, loads of extras from the host Sally. Every communication was responded to promptly by Sally. We parked the car in the underground car park and didn't move it until we left. Every where was walkable, loads to do, bus trips, boat trips, restaurants, pubs, cafes, all within walking distance. Cant think of anything bad to say about it. We will definitely be back. Loved it!!"
"As we were at a charity event in the nearby park it was an excellent location for us. We were not at the property much only to sleep. The property was clean and tidy. Bedrooms very tight to get passed the bed at the end but beds comfortable.We struggled to get into the car park but we did not read the instructions properly which said press code BUTTON then enter the number. Once we realised our mistake it was ok.Great location for restaurants and walking to the quay side. Overall a nice property."

As we hired a car the garage is good to have - the Ford Kuga was a bit of a squeeze but it did fit.Would stay there again if we are back in Poole."
"The property was perfect for my visit to Poole for my Mum's funeral. My sister lives 10 minutes from the location and the little apartment was exactly what I needed to spend time with her but also have a place to retreat to by myself. I will definitely plan to stay here again when I visit my sister in the future. Thanks for everything."
