"Had a lovely weekend stay at the hotel. The rooms are adequately sized with the whole "chalet vibe" and a view of the snow covered mountains through the balcony (don't forget to ask for the mountain facing rooms) ! More than enough storage space and decently done bathrooms. The hosts are very pleasant and happy to share local tips. My only gripe is that the breakfast could be better value (but I still suggest to take it, since there aren't really any other options around)"

"It was raining very hard when we arrived and we didn’t want to go out. The staff showed us to our rooms and arranged for a table at the hotel restaurant. The food was the best I had in Switzerland. Then the next day at breakfast the food was once again delicious and varied. Our room was small but fun and there weren’t many other rooms sharing the communal bathroom The biggest perk was the spa! The hotel provided a lot of complimentary extras including breakfast, which was a delicious assortment of options, metro cards for free travel on buses and trains within the region, a free drink / cocktail, and passes to the local hot pools. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we are ever in the area."

"Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. "
