"A good stay, peaceful place, close to the beach. Little tricky to find the place, just a sign at the street, but nothing in the door. It's good to contact them a bit before arriving to place to avoid waiting for the door opener. "
"Our host was amazingly kind. The property is run with love and care. The room was spacious and had everything needed. Great location close to airport with arranged transport. Great breakfast."

"A Perfect Stay at Barocchetto Romano – 10/10!
My stay at Barocchetto Romano was absolutely wonderful! This charming bed and breakfast is in the perfect location, just 12 minutes door to door from FCO airport, and yet it feels like a peaceful escape. The owners were exceptional, communicating promptly and graciously answering every question we had.
The property itself is lovely and just a two-minute walk from the pier, where I experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. The nightlife in the area was vibrant, and the restaurants right downstairs served some of the best food I had in Rome.
I can’t recommend Barocchetto Romano enough. It was comfortable, welcoming, and in the perfect spot for exploring. 10/10, I would definitely book this location again!"
"This property was great for oir family of 4. The loft upstairs had plenty of room for our kids and everything was clean and new. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this property!"
"There’s a lot of stores and restaurants in walking distance, which was very nice! The view from the balcony was beautiful. We started our trip to Italy here and stayed again the last night. "
Accommodation in period building with a sea view terrace
10/10 Excellent
"This one bedroom flat was fantastic. The terrace was huge with a great view of the ocean and piazza. Centrally located on a pedestrian only street with lots of shops and restaurants. The host was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again."
"This is a very clean, modernish apartment just a block back from the beachfront near Rome. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are great with luxurious large-head showers.
The town has some very nice restaurants, especially those clustered in a 3-block pedestrian zone, and there are a couple of nice ones right across the street from the apartment.
It is a pretty good base for exploring Rome once you get the hang of the train and business system.
A couple of things you should know:
A. Although the town is right by the airport, few airport cabs will take you there and those that will do so will charge a lot (50 euros) for the short distance. Taking the train requires a ride into central Rome before you can switch to the line that serves Ostia.
B. The unit has an "ocean view" only in a narrow slit between 2 buildings in the block across the street. When we booked, the house location showed as on the waterfront; when we checked in, the hosts told us the correct address. If this is an issue, check it.
C. There is no parking for the unit, just normal on-street spaces. We were lucky to find a spot about 2 blocks away and the owners helped us with the luggage so we could get it done in one lift.

"We stayed for un day and had an amazing time there. Near the sea and restaurants, train station and bus stop. Also food in the kitchen and very clean. "
