"Fantastic appartment, bedrooms really good size, everything you would need was supplied. Location was good just a short walk down to the lake. People at appartment were friendly and really helpful. Would definately stay here again if I returned to Lake Garda. "

"The facility is super nice and clean and infrastructure is five stars rated. It locates 15mins walk distance from the central train station. To get to the address you have to get directions from the owner since GPS takes you to another spot, very annoying. The owner won’t reply to my text messages but only through Expedia App.There are restaurant near 15 minutes walking distance but one has to across few busy intersections. "

Despite notifying the owner 4.5 months in advance that our family with 2 small children would need to reserve the 1 spot, the parking was not available. Instead they had partnered with a small parking garage on the outskirts of the town to hold cars and then this garage shuttles you to your hotel. "We chose Novo Hotel Rossi based on other users reviews and its proximity to the bus station, as well as walkability to historic and tourist sites . I am so glad we did!! The hotel was easy to find, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a great deal and offered a good selection of food. We were able to walk to the historical district in about 15 minutes and felt safe doing so, even at night. However, the stand out about all of these great things was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! If you are looking for an affordable, comfy stay, I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Fantastic hotel with lots of parking and even has a free shuttle bus to the Gardaland theme park. Room was very clean and recently refurbished/decorated. Room also had a balcony which we were not expecting. Only issues i found was the doors and walls are not very well sound proofed so if you visit when kids are off school then the is lots of noise in the evening and morning from other rooms and the other issue was the hair dryer was not working."
