We had a fantastic 10 day stay at Villa Miramare for our honeymoon. We had the suite with Jacuzzi on balcony. Sadly the jacuzzi broke down but we were given late use of pool. The property was lovely, peaceful, clean, well equipped and the staff were so helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and fresh towels daily. The pool area was clean and tidy with comfy loungers. The area is quite run down but not something that the host can control, the bus to Salerno is one minute walk away and we were able to explore the whole Amalfi coast easily. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to the property. There are a number of restaurants and bars within a 10 min walk and there are shops for basics which was more than sufficient. Thanks again

Guests are treated as the last and the least. You can't communicate with anyone. they don't speak English or for that matter Italian. On week-ends they have raucous parties that go on till the wee hours of the next morning. Loud boom-box, stone-wall penetrating music, which is run by the help, not the guests. Interior parking is atrocious at best, only 3 spots available, due to large metal frame which blocks access to the other 2 or 3 spots available. Oh I forgot there is someone who speaks English and Italian (Roberta). But she is not at the property. You have to call her on the phone. When you call her, She will reply "ACCERTO" and hang-up. She will not resolve anything, and will not call you back. If you call her again, she will not answer your call. One of the worst travel experiences ever.
