La raison principale repose sur une erreur d'adresse sur le site d'Expedia qui stipulait 164 via Posidonia (correspondant à une "villa" à l'abandon) alors que le B&B était au 166, au 5ème étage d'un immeuble et totalement inconnu de tout le voisinage. "Just keep in mind that it’s just a room with a bathroom with other guests next door. The hallway is always dark and they are always asking guests to be quiet. They give you a voucher to get coffee and a treat in a coffee shop nearby. At least their AC worked. But the lady there will turn it off once typical leave the room."
